Wheel Traders is committed to providing its customers with exceptional service, pricing and products. Please call or email us if you have any questions or comments.

You may purchase in-store or via the web by credit card or by mail via check.

Purchasing by Credit Card – Internet purchases must be made using a credit card via our safe on-line store front. If you have any questions, please call prior to ordering.
Purchasing by Check – We accept checks by mail for purchases but reserve the right to hold purchased goods until receiving cleared funds. Products are sent promptly once full payments are received.

Returns on Parts and Accessories – We accept returns on unused parts and accessories within 30 days of purchase. Prior to 30 days a full refund will be given. After 30 days customer will have a choice of store credit or a gift card.

Wheel Traders Requirements for a full refund:

  • Items must be in new condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Shoes and clothing must be unworn
  • Return must be accompanied by your original receipt
  • Customer must contact Wheel Traders prior to returning any item for a return authorization

Returns on Special Order Items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return items should be shipped prepaid by the customer to Wheel Traders via UPS ground, standard Fed-Ex or USPS parcel. We will issue your refund once the return item is received, inspected and checked into inventory. COD returns will not be accepted.

Return costs related to a defect or error in shipping may be reimbursed to the customer by Wheel Traders.
